Criteria for Processing Applications for Admission
— Seat Availability: The program must have available seats for the specified academic period.
— Order of Receipt: Applications are processed based on the order they are received by the admissions office.
— Age Equivalence: The applicant must fulfill the age equivalence criteria, as specified in the application form.
— Completed Application: The application form must be fully completed and submitted along with all required documents.
— Document Validity: All documents submitted must be valid and meet the requirements specified in the application form.
Criteria for Granting Admission
— Application Completeness: The admission process only begins once the application is complete and meets the criteria outlined above.
— Written Assessment: Applicants (depending on the grade level) are required to appear in person for a written assessment, typically covering English and Math.
— Senior School Admission Requirements: Applicants for senior school may need to appear for an interview or participate in a group discussion. Their preparedness for this will be assessed.
— Evaluation of Readiness: The admissions team will assess the applicant’s readiness by reviewing the submitted application, previous academic reports, and results from any assessments conducted at Vedanta Academy.
— Meeting with Parents and Principal: Before final approval, a meeting between the parents and the Principal will take place.
— Age Criteria: The child must meet the age requirements as below for the academic year for which admission is sought. For specific queries regarding age eligibility, applicants are encouraged to contact the admissions team directly.

Required Documents
- Application Form (A copy of the duly filled application form)
- Birth Certificate (A copy of the birth certificate, required for all grades)
- Mark Statements (A copy of mark statements from Grade 2 onwards)
- Original transfer certificate (from Grade 1 onwards)
- Passport-sized Photos (A recent passport-sized photo of the student and of each parent, for all grades)
- Aadhaar Cards (A copy of the student's and parents' Aadhaar Cards)
- Community Certificate (A copy of the community certificat, for all grades)
