The Arignar Anna Zoological Park's Zoo school concluded its education camps called Zoo Ambassador Camp for school children, in December 2018 as 'Winter Camp - Zoo Ambassadors'. Around 150 students participated in the camp, Ben Shiraj of Grade 6 has been selected as the prestigious ‘Zoo-Ambassador’ 2018-19 for his active participation in the programmes conducted. The valediction event was presided by Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Director, Yogesh Singh. Deputy Director Sudha Ramen, other veterinary doctors and biologists were also present.

Read moreLast weekend, our students participated in the regional round of World Scholar’s Cup, 2018, a competition whose aim is to motivate students from all backgrounds to discover new strengths and practice new skills, such that it inspires a global community of future scholars and leaders. The students of Vedanta participated as 4 teams and won 9 silver and 1 gold medal in a competition consisting of over 400 students. The theme for the competition this year was “An Entangled World”. The students debated, wrote essays, and answered questions based on the theme. One team qualified for the global round of the competition to be held later this year. Well done to all our students who took part in the World Scholar's Cup!
